Our History

Since 1974, Polar Bear Rubber has been supplying a wide range of industries with hydraulic hose, fittings and adapters, motors, pumps, valves, industrial hose and fittings, automotive hoses, specialty tubing, fluid sealing products, sheet rubber, and gasket products.

We started out servicing maintenance and repair applications and as our product lines expanded, we began to service the OEM marketplace.

Our partnerships with global brands such as Manuli Hydraulics allow us to be a key supplier to a number of OEM's manufacturing Agricultural Equipment, Heavy & Stationary Machinery, Mining Equipment  and  Inner City & Intra City bus manufacturers.

We maintain a significant on-hand inventory in our Winnipeg warehouse. Our key product categories include: hydraulic hose fittings and adapters, motors, pumps, valves, industrial hose and fittings, automotive hoses, specialty tubing, fluid sealing products, sheet rubber, and gasket products.

In 2014, Polar Bear Rubber opened a company branch in Regina, SK. The Regina warehouse carries a large selection of the key product categories and as of January 2017 will have a complete production assembly line in place to meet our customer's growing demands. 

Our customers value our ability to provide products just in time (JIT). Meeting the critical delivery windows that exist in today’s Lean Manufacturing environments is something that Polar Bear Rubber excels at.
